The short version
- Support is by email, in English, at support@jobi.life.
- Jobi is made by one person, so a reply comes from a person and can take a day or two.
- Jobi will only ever email you from an address ending @jobi.life.
- You sign in with Google, so Jobi has no password to ask you for. Nobody from Jobi will.
Email us
There is one support address, and it goes straight to the person who makes Jobi. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it.
support@jobi.life Bugs, billing, account questions, feature requests, anything. Email supportWhat to include
You do not have to write a formal report. A sentence and a screenshot is usually enough. If you have it to hand, these are the things that save a round trip:
- The email address on your Jobi account, so the account can be found
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- Which screen you were on: chat, jobs, momentum, storage or settings
- The address of the job page, if the problem involved one
- A screenshot of the side panel, if something looked wrong
What happens next
Every message is read. Replies are written by a person rather than generated, which is why they are not instant. If the answer is a fix rather than a reply, the fix ships in the next release and you get told when it does.
If you are writing about billing, say so in the subject line. Subscriptions are handled by Stripe, and cancelling or changing a plan can also be done from Settings inside the extension without waiting for a reply.
How Jobi will contact you
Worth knowing, so an impersonation is easy to spot.
- Jobi only emails from an address ending @jobi.life
- Jobi will never ask you for a password. You sign in with Google, so there is no Jobi password to give
- Jobi will never ask for card details by email. Payment happens on Stripe's own pages, and card details never reach Jobi
- Jobi will never ask you to install anything outside the Chrome Web Store
Anything that breaks one of those is not from us. Forward it to support@jobi.life and delete it.
Common questions
What is Jobi?
Jobi is an AI job-application companion that lives in your Chrome side panel. It analyses job postings against your real CV, tailors your applications, researches companies, preps you for interviews, and tracks everything you are chasing.
Does Jobi find jobs for me?
No, and that is deliberate. You bring the roles you actually want, from LinkedIn, Indeed, company careers pages, anywhere. Jobi's job is everything around that: deciding whether a role is worth your time, making your application land, and keeping you moving.
Which browsers and job sites does it work with?
Google Chrome: Jobi lives in Chrome's side panel, next to the page you are applying on. It works with any page that has a job posting on it: LinkedIn, Indeed, company career pages, and applicant tracking systems like Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever. If you can read the posting, so can Jobi.
How does the Fit Score work?
Jobi reads the full job description against your stored CV and profile, then scores your fit out of 100 using a weighted rubric, with your edge and your gaps in matched pairs. It is deliberately honest: a 62 is a 62, and Jobi tells you why.
Will employers know an AI wrote my application?
Jobi writes in your voice and draws on your real experience rather than inventing skills, employers, or achievements. Because it uses AI, always review a draft before you send it. Everything it produces is a starting point you own, and you remain responsible for what you submit.
Is my data private?
Yes, and you stay in control. Jobi only reads a web page when you ask it to act on one, and you can export everything Jobi stores or delete your account, permanently, from Settings at any time. The full Privacy Policy spells out exactly what is stored and which providers process it.
What do I get with Jobi+?
Jobi+ is the whole product: tailored cover letters and CV tailoring, JD fit analysis, company research, voice dictation, application tracking, and voice mock interviews. You get full access free for 7 days, then it is £4.99 a week or £12.99 a month. Cancel anytime.
Privacy requests
Most of what you might write in for is a button rather than an email. Settings then Privacy inside the extension has: download everything in your account, reset Jobi's memory, clear the copy held on this device, turn page access off, and delete your account permanently.
For anything the buttons do not cover, such as restricting or objecting to processing, email support@jobi.life. The Privacy Policy sets out your rights in full.
